This platform relies on a high-availability cloud stack designed for performance and security.

Compute & Storage: Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Network & Security: Cloudflare Inc (CDN, WAF & DDoS Mitigation).

3. DATA_PRIVACY (GDPR)

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), transparency is key. Here is how data is handled:

A. Analytics & Cookies (Google Analytics 4)

We utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor traffic and system performance.

  • Consent Based: Scripts are NOT loaded unless you click "EXECUTE_ACCEPT" on the banner.
  • Anonymization: IP addresses are anonymized before processing.
  • Retention: Data is automatically purged after 14 months.

B. Communication Data

Data sent via the contact form (Name, Email, Message) is transmitted securely via Formspree to a ProtonMail encrypted inbox.

  • Strictly used for business replies.
  • No data sharing with third parties.
  • NDA Compliance for agency partners.
